the owners were friendly and provided a warm welcome. breakfast was AMAZING!!! it was both hot and delicious. the entire place was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. the location was excellent, only a short walk into town.
the tea and coffee making facilities were good, but the cups were a bit small.

The location from the railway station was excellent. It was just a short walk. it is about a ten minute walk to the sea front. the location is near the train station, the centre and the north pier.

the noise from a nearby hotel disturbed the peace, affecting my sleep. i hope the hotel can address this issue, as quiet is essential .

The shower was small, and the water pressure was really low. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best (it kept disconnecting). I found it difficult to get any work done.
